Please Note: This package includes 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for breakdown, which are included within the rental time. Additional time must be reserved in advance and is available for $200 per hour.

Security Deposit: $250
Collected in addition to the rental fee and will be returned at the end of the rental if no damages have been made to the property.

Additional package enhancements are available. Please inquire at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations canceled 45 days or more prior to the event date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 44 days or less before the event will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. However, the event may be rescheduled for a future available date, subject to Reserve 218’s availability.

Whether you’re filming social media content, launching a product, recording a podcast, or updating your brand imagery, Reserve 218 provides the perfect backdrop for your vision.

  • Up to 6 guests
  • Entry Code
  • Bookings are non-refundable in
    order to retain the space for
    your use. However, you are able
    to reschedule up to 24 hrs prior
    to your rental during the regular
    season.
  • Please be sure to schedule
    enough time for set-up and
    clean-up, no additional time is
    provided.

The Culinary Experience

Ideal for private chefs, caterers, bakers, meal prep professionals, food content creators, and culinary entrepreneurs who need access to a licensed commercial kitchen in a polished, professional environment.

Includes:

  • 4-hour commercial kitchen rental
  • Full access to the commercial kitchen

Requirements:

  • Chef must have an active Business License, a Vendor's License, and a specific Food Service Operation (FSO) or Catering License.
  • Proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance
  • ServSafe Manager Certificate
  • Reserve 218 must be listed as an Additional Insured on your policy.

Please Note: Additional time must be reserved in advance and is available for $50 per hour.
