Requirements:

  • Chef must have an active Business License, a Vendor's License, and a specific Food Service Operation (FSO) or Catering License.
  • Proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance
  • ServSafe Manager Certificate
  • Reserve 218 must be listed as an Additional Insured on your policy.

Please Note: Additional time must be reserved in advance and is available for $50 per hour.

Security Deposit: $250
Collected in addition to the rental fee and will be returned at the end of the rental if no damages have been made to the property.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations canceled 45 days or more prior to the event date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 44 days or less before the event will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. However, the event may be rescheduled for a future available date, subject to Reserve 218’s availability.
